You will direct full lifecycle design, permitting, and construction for new-build and expansions, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high‑performing facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in managing complex design and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project).
• Engineering degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle design, permitting, and construction for new-build and expansion projects across Spain.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risk registers, and quality tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish codes and international standards.
