Technogym seeks a Client Advisor for Marbella Boutique to deliver a premium in-store experience. You will engage elite clients with brand storytelling, tailor premium solutions, and foster loyalty through exceptional service and proactive relationship building.

You will represent the world’s leading wellness brand, work bilingual in Spanish and English, and collaborate with omnichannel teams while maintaining CRM accuracy and showroom standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years in premium sales or client advising, preferably luxury retail or fashion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
• Fluent or bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and sales aptitude; strong relationship development.
• Experience with store operations tools and CRM systems (Salesforce) and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Drive showroom sales at the Marbella Boutique by welcoming clients, assessing needs, and closing sales to hit targets.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through storytelling, product demonstrations, and premium service.
• Proactively build relationships with new and existing premium customers to create repeat business.
• Ensure showroom visuals align with Technogym’s global VM standards to maintain a premium, welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in events, trade shows, and in-store marketing to generate high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with other sales functions (Field Sales, Telesales, Digital) for a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce) and adhere to procedures and safety guidelines.
