Job summary

Le Collectionist in Ibiza is seeking a Regional Concierge Manager to oversee the Pre-arrival Concierge team and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will lead, train, and mentor staff, manage VIP relationships, and expand partner networks to deliver personalised luxury stays.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the local luxury hospitality market. Hybrid work with on-site presence during peak periods is typical.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, hospitality or related field is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven team management experience in hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to develop strategies and actionable plans.
• Knowledge of the Ibiza area and local partners is advantageous.
• Results-driven with a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Concierge team and ensure high-quality client experiences.
• Lead, train, and support the team; set clear objectives and monitor outcomes.
• Oversee VIP client relationships and proactive follow-up.
• Expand partner networks and manage service partnerships.
• Define the concierge strategy per destination and monitor service quality.
• Oversee booking processes, finances, and monthly closings.
