Le Collectionist in Ibiza is seeking a motivated student for a four‑month internship with the Pre‑arrival Concierge team. You will support client coordination, help prepare quotes and itineraries, and assist in sourcing and contracting local partners to ensure unforgettable onsite experiences.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, with Excel skills and a collaborative mindset valued. The position includes a 900€ gross monthly stipend, one day off per month, a birthday day off, a laptop, and

• Student in a business school, hospitality, tourism, or related program.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or high-end services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support in client management and assistance: coordinate services for clients.
• Assist in preparing quotes and following up with the team.
• Update client itineraries in internal tools.
• Develop and expand the partner network with local suppliers.
• Update catalogs and destination guides with new offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine destination content.
• Help issue quotes, invoices, and itineraries.
