Ecolab is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth in the Power Generation Europe segment from Barcelona. You will identify new business opportunities across fossil, nuclear, combined-cycle, CHP, and district heating applications, shaping plans with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in lead-generation or business development within relevant technical markets, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluent English with willingness to travel across Europe (up to 50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of lead-generation, sales-development, business-development, technical sales, or relevant field experience in power, industrial water treatment, ion exchange, utilities, or a related technical market.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly across the defined European territory, up to 50%.
