Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer with a global footprint. We seek an Energy Business Growth Lead to drive expansion in European markets, originate opportunities and develop market-entry strategies and investment theses.

The candidate will work with developers, utilities and investors, coordinate cross-functional teams, and prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in business development, strategic growth, project development, investments or related roles within the renewable energy sector.
• Experience with renewable energy developers, IPPs, utilities, infrastructure platforms or investment firms is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of European renewable energy markets, regulatory and commercial frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess growth opportunities across existing and selected new European markets.
• Originate investment and development opportunities through partnerships and direct engagement with market participants.
• Develop and defend investment and market-entry theses based on regulatory, commercial and project-development considerations.
