PropHero invites a detail-oriented Post Settlement Intern to Valencia. You will liaise with property managers and homeowners’ associations after purchases, track documentation, and keep records up to date as part of our growing team.

You will coordinate incidents, assist the legal team with case materials, and help streamline post-settlement checklists, contributing to a smooth client experience. Experienced in administration or real estate is a plus, with strong Spanish and English

Formación

• Administrative or legal profile is preferred.
• Pursuing or completed studies in Law/Business/Administration or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with high document throughput.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact with property managers and associations after purchases.
• Track ownership changes and requested documentation.
• Coordinate resolution of incidents with neighbors, contractors or common areas.
• Assist with certificates and admin paperwork for bought/renovated properties.
• Support the legal team with case materials and documentation.
• Keep property records up to date and improve post-settlement checklists.
