Job summary

PropHero in Valencia is seeking a thoughtful Projects Intern to support the project lifecycle from acquisition through final registration. You will help organize licenses, permits, and notarial deeds, ensuring complete, accurate files and timely follow-up with partners.

Ideal candidates are Architecture/Real Estate students who are fluent in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication in English, and who can sign an internship agreement with their university.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage several projects and deadlines in parallel.
• Clear written and verbal communication; fluent Spanish for daily dealings with local authorities and providers.
• Interest in Spanish property processes (urban planning, licenses, registries) is a plus.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools or CRMs is a plus.
• Advanced English as all teams are distributed globally and use English for internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Projects team in tracking property projects from acquisition to final registration.
• Prepare, organize and keep up to date project documentation (licenses, permits, notarial deeds, Land Registry filings).
• Coordinate with architects, town planning offices, notaries, Land Registry and utility providers.
• Keep project status and deadlines updated in internal platforms; flag delays or risks early.
• Help document and improve team processes and status reporting.
