Job summary

Keyfactor is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) for LATAM in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain (Hybrid). The SDR will identify and qualify new leads, engaging with C-level stakeholders where appropriate and coordinating with Enterprise Sales Directors to advance opportunities.

The role emphasizes Portuguese language fluency and strong CRM discipline. Working hours cover LATAM time zones (12:00pm–8:00pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm with lunch).

Qualifications

• SDR identifies and qualifies new leads to generate opportunities.
• Gathers and reports market trends, competitor insights and opportunities.
• Maintains accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline with qualified opportunities.
• Uses an ABX approach to tailor outreach to targeted accounts.
• Follows up on inbound leads and coordinates with Enterprise Sales Directors.
• Engages key stakeholders within accounts and personalizes outreach.
• Conducts initial qualification and passes qualified leads to higher-level sales.
