Job summary

Wallbox in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You will manage and qualify a mix of inbound and outbound leads across B2C and B2B for the Portugal market, building first-touch relationships and passing qualified opportunities to Account Executives or official distributors.

The role requires Portuguese fluency, strong communication, and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales, SDR, Business Development, or similar role.
• Fluent/native in Portuguese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (preferably Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads coming from our website and paid campaigns.
• Conduct outreach to outbound prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Perform initial discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs, pain points, and buying potential.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes using our CRM (Salesforce).
• Ensure timely follow-ups and lead handovers to Sales Executives/Official Distributors and Installers.
