Concentrix in Spain is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Flemish-speaking) in Malaga on a Hybrid basis to drive the sales cycle for cloud solutions and nurture client relationships.

You will apply 1–2 years of IT sales experience, engage via calls and email, and collaborate with Solution Specialists. Training, a modern office in Benalmadena, and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bilingual Flemish and fluent English required.
• 1–2 years IT sales, account management, or customer management experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact point for customers and deliver a strong first impression.
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for small and medium businesses.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with Solution Specialists and Partners.
• Collect and relay feedback to the business: Voice of customer.
