cbtalents-37 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our international cloud solutions team in Spain. The role is hybrid, based in Malaga or Valencia, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an ASAP start.

You will connect with potential clients, nurture relationships, and drive growth through up-selling and collaboration with technical teams. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT sales or customer service, Dutch fluency (C1–C2), and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for potential clients.
• Create strong first impressions and build long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop a portfolio of customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve products and services.
