Job summary

Factorial in Barcelona is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to turn partner opportunities into real growth. You will own the partner-generated pipeline across Portugal, shaping GTM plays and driving revenue with strategic partners.

You’ll work at the intersection of Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, designing repeatable growth playbooks, testing new channels, and leveraging AI to move faster.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or another revenue-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline generation strategy of partners in Portugal, turning goals into growth plans and revenue opportunities.
• Build joint GTM strategies with partners across the demand generation mix—events, campaigns, outbound plays, co-marketing and enablement.
• Analyse funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline creation, influenced revenue and ROI to guide optimization.
• Create repeatable growth playbooks scalable across partners while tailoring strategy per partner.
• Experiment with channels, messages, campaigns, formats and new AI-powered growth ideas.
• Leverage AI and technology to accelerate campaign creation, research, prospecting, analysis and GTM execution.
• Build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and align partners with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and others to connect partner initiatives to Factorial GTM strategy.
• Own the numbers for partner portfolio pipeline and seek higher impact over time.
