Factorial HR in Barcelona is looking for a Team Lead to join our Portuguese Customer Experience team and elevate service for our Spanish customers. You will report to the Head of Account Management for Portugal and collaborate with Area Managers to drive satisfaction at every touchpoint.

You’ll lead 6–8 Account Managers, monitor performance, shape recruitment and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize retention and upsell while maintaining a startup,

• Track record of driving upselling and customer retention.
• Tech savvy with SaaS environments and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 Account Managers and foster ownership, high performance and teamwork.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Area and Talent teams on recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Design and execute strategies to maximize retention and upsell.
• Provide constructive feedback and hands-on leadership to the team.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance product, CX, and sales strategies.
