Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist in Bulgaria (Sofia). You will provide world-class support to Polish-speaking players via live chat, email and ticketing systems, serving as the primary contact for the community.

You will troubleshoot in-game issues, payments and account security, engage with players to build loyalty, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical bugs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer support or gaming/esports is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to Polish-speaking players via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Represent major gaming titles as the primary contact for the user base.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payments, and account security queries.
• Engage with the gaming community to foster positive sentiment and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate bugs or systemic issues.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming trends and platform updates for accurate assistance.
• Contribute to internal performance metrics and satisfaction scores.
