TheFork in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support the Polish market. You will onboard restaurants, train users on TheFork Manager, and serve as the main contact for ongoing success. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with SaaS familiarity and customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, onboarding, account management or customer success.
• Fluent in Polish & English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring smooth start and high product adoption.
• Partner with Inside Sales during pre-sales providing product expertise and tailored solutions.
• Own post-onboarding relationship; be the main contact for support and guidance to optimize platform usage.
• Guide partner restaurants through core features: booking widget, availability setup, table and service management.
• Act as trusted advisor to help restaurants streamline operations and digitize booking processes.
• Identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresher sessions as needed.
• Collect and share partner feedback to improve onboarding flow and user experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure value across the customer journey.
