Job summary

TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, is looking for a dynamic, target-driven salesperson fluent in French and English to engage restaurant owners by phone and drive adoption of TheFork products. You will manage a full sales cycle, use CRM to track opportunities, and collaborate with international teams across Europe.

You will be empowered to negotiate, persuade, and close deals, helping restaurants publish online and benefit from promotions, widgets, and training solutions.

Qualifications

• Native in French and fluent in English
• At least 1 year in telesales or similar role
• Experience with CRM and managing a sales pipeline
• Self-starter with a strong commercial mindset and target focus
• Customer-oriented with influencing and negotiation skills
• Business development experience in B2B, preferably hospitality
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Contact owners/managers of restaurants by phone after selecting eligible venues
• Sell TheFork products and services including promotions, software tools, widgets, training & marketing solutions
• Explain opportunities and benefits of TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network
• Follow up with prospects and close deals to publish restaurants online on TheFork and affiliate sites
