Job summary

TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, is expanding its Inside Sales team to grow new international markets. You’ll identify Polish restaurants, run outbound sales, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, using Salesforce.

Native Polish and professional English are required; SaaS and hospitality background helps. The role offers a permanent contract, flexible work, health insurance, and regional career growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Must be native Polish with fluent professional English.
• Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, preferably SaaS.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact in-scope restaurants in Poland via cold calling and CRM follow-ups.
• Pitch and sell TheFork Manager SaaS platform including reservation tools and table management.
• Educate restaurant managers on benefits and drive adoption of TheFork Manager.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate with the team to test and scale GTM strategies.
