Formación

• Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Proven B2B sales experience in tech sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients and create sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs and match products or services accordingly.
• Qualify leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and drive meetings.
• Negotiate, close deals, and follow up for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track KPIs.
