We are looking for a motivated Polish-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will play an important part in growing the business within the Polish-speaking market, taking ownership of prospects from the initial conversation through to successful conversion.
As a Polish-Speaking Account Executive, your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and converting prospective customers into active subscribers.

This is a hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain.

Flexibility is particularly important during the onboarding period. Depending on business requirements, some alignment with US time zones may be necessary.

The role follows a hybrid work model in Madrid.
During your first four weeks, you will work fully onsite while completing onboarding, training, and integration with the sales team.
Once the initial onboarding period is completed, employees who consistently achieve at least 70% of their sales target can access up to 50% remote working flexibility.
Following this stage, onsite attendance is generally required approximately once per month. Any travel costs associated with mandatory office visits are covered by the company.
