Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a British English Outbound Sales Agent to join a fast-paced B2B sales team. You will engage prospective business clients through cold calls, present solutions, and strive to exceed targets.

The role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility under a hybrid model. Relocation assistance and meal allowances are offered, with competitive salary and a performance bonus to reward achievement.

Formación

• EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Previous experience in B2B sales, tech-focused
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in the Travel field

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and present products or services aligning with business objectives.
• Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Engage decision-makers, handle objections, and communicate value of solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations or meetings and support prospects through the sales journey.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities and pipeline in CRM.
• Aim to exceed individual sales targets, KPIs and revenue goals.
