Business Insights is a Software Engineering company seeking a PMO Specialist/Lead to coordinate an international Contact Center transformation program. The role ensures governance, stakeholder alignment and successful delivery of CCaaS deployments.

You will work with Business, IT and Operations, guiding milestones, budgets and objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams across locations. English fluent required; Barcelona location is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PMO, Program Management or Project Coordination.
• Experience in large-scale international transformation programs.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced project planning and dependency management using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Experience in portfolio management, budget control and KPI tracking.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in multinational environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English – mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor international transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and change requests.
• Track budgets, KPIs and project performance, preparing executive reports and presentations.
• Facilitate communication between Business, IT, Operations and external stakeholders.
• Support the deployment and integration of Contact Center / CCaaS solutions.
• Coordinate geographically distributed teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support change management, operational readiness and user adoption activities.
• Promote continuous improvement in project governance and delivery processes.
