K-LAGAN is seeking a PMO Specialist / PMO Lead / PMO Coordinator to join an international project deploying a Genesys CCaaS solution in Barcelona. You will coordinate IT and business teams, ensure planning, monitoring, risk management and alignment with objectives across countries.

You will track milestones, budgets and KPIs, produce executive reports, and support change management, stakeholder communications and adoption of the new platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO, program management or project coordination within complex, large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in CCaaS, Contact Center, Customer Experience (CX) or Customer Service transformation projects.
• Experience supporting international projects involving multiple teams, countries and business functions.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, governance and reporting.
• Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling and dependency management.
• Experience in portfolio management, budget tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
• Availability for business travel when required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables and dependencies across the program.
• Support project planning, scheduling and resource coordination using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or equivalent.
• Track budgets, KPIs, project progress and delivery performance, providing regular updates to program leadership.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests at program level.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and project status updates using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT, business, operations and customer service teams.
• Support the coordination of geographically distributed teams in an international environment.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, business priorities and delivery plans.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and user adoption activities.
• Support Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring effective governance and execution throughout the program.
