Boortmalt is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Villaverde site in Madrid, delivering safe, sustainable and high-performing operations while developing engaged teams. You will drive production plans, oversee maintenance and asset management, manage budgets and capital expenditure, and collaborate with local and international stakeholders to support growth.

• Proven leadership experience within manufacturing or agri‑food or industrial environment.
• Knowledge in malting and brewing is a plus.
• Track record of developing high‑performing teams and leading through change.
• Strong operational and business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into results.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and performance management.
• Knowledge of quality, environmental, food safety and health & safety standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Oversee maintenance, reliability and long-term asset management of the plant.
• Manage budgets, investment projects and capital expenditure plans.
• Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders to support business growth and operational performance.
