Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or site leadership at senior level.
• Experience leading improvements across safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and delivery.
• Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.
• Experience with automation, digital transformation, ERP, and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Translate company and Liquibox objectives into clear plant priorities, operating plans, and measurable performance goals.
• Establish management routines, performance reviews, escalation processes, and follow-up actions.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure production plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Resolve operational constraints quickly and prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain visibility of stocks, inventory levels, material availability, and production requirements.
• Collaborate with supply planner, materials control, production teams, and stakeholders to improve replenishment and material flow.
• Contribute to the plant budget, forecasts, cost plans, and long-term business priorities.
• Create a positive, collaborative, and accountable working environment.
