Sealed Air in Madrid seeks a Plant Manager to lead the Liquibox manufacturing site, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with global strategy. You will drive improvements across production, quality, and cost while coordinating with supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing leadership, experience with automation and ERP, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
Senior-level plant operations leadership with proven track record.
Experience improving manufacturing performance across safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and delivery.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital investment, and financial analysis.
Fluent Spanish and professional English proficiency.
Experience with automation, digital transformation, ERP systems, and operational data analytics.
Experience working in an international, matrix, or multi-site organization.

Responsabilidades

Lead safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the Madrid plant, aligning production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and finance.
Set plant direction, develop people, and improve processes to meet cost and service targets.
Establish management routines, performance reviews, and escalation processes.
Identify gaps, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to sustain improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize material flow, inventory, and production plans.
