Boortmalt, a global malting company, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the Villaverde site in Madrid. You will drive safe, sustainable operations and develop engaged, capable teams while delivering operational excellence.

As Plant Manager you will oversee production plans, maintenance, budgets and asset management, while collaborating with local and international stakeholders to support growth and ensure quality, environmental, and food safety standards are met.

Formación

• Proven leadership in manufacturing or agri-food
• Experience driving safety, quality and cost objectives
• Track record of developing high-performing teams
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of quality, environmental and health & safety standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
