Sealed Air Liquibox Madrid seeks a Plant Manager to lead safe, efficient, and sustainable plant operations. You will align production, supply chain, quality, and maintenance priorities to deliver high-quality products on time at targeted costs.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and mentor teams across office, production, and warehouse environments. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a track record in manufacturing leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• Proven senior site leadership experience.
• Proven experience improving safety, quality, service, cost, productivity and delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, capital investment, and financial performance analysis.
• Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.
• Experience in packaging, converting, flexible packaging, food packaging, liquid packaging, or similar manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Experience with automation, digital transformation, Advanced manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, and operational data analytics.
• Experience working in an international, matrix, or multi-site organization.
• Work environment: based at the Liquibox plant in Madrid with regular presence across site operations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate objectives into clear plant priorities, operating plans, and measurable goals.
• Establish management routines, performance reviews, and escalation processes.
• Identify performance gaps, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure production plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and to customer specs.
• Lead continuous improvement, lean and Six Sigma initiatives for productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, finance and commercial teams.
