• 5+ years of HR management experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in labor relations, worker representation, and HR governance in a plant environment.

• Manage labor relations, including works council interactions and negotiations.
• Oversee payroll, hiring, employee records, time and attendance, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR governance.
