H M Group in Barcelona is seeking a high-level People Relations leader to align market strategy with the global Colleague Strategy, ensure labour law compliance, and deliver an outstanding colleague experience across the business.

You will partner with market management, legal, and HR teams, coach leaders, manage works councils and unions, drive health and safety initiatives, and lead a local People Relations team in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent English and Spanish required.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in Labour Law and Industrial Relations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing teams in People Relations.
• Experience working with works councils and trade unions.
• Experience in international and matrix organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive the Market People Relations strategy aligned with the H M Group Colleague Strategy.
• Coach and support leaders on strategic and operational people matters.
• Manage labour law, industrial relations, union and works council relationships, and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, policies, and internal governance processes.
• Lead and develop the local People Relations team.
• Drive health, safety, wellbeing and work environment initiatives with stakeholders.
• Support business transformation and strategic initiatives with People Relations expertise.
• Analyse people data and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions.
