Valeo Martos is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with production goals and lead people initiatives across the site. You will coach managers, drive talent development, oversee payroll accuracy and HR data integrity, and actively contribute to safety and well-being programs in a multinational setting.

You will shape organizational evolution, manage campus recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding while ensuring compliant HR operations and effective stakeholder

Formación

• Experience coaching managers on HR matters.
• Ability to align HR strategy with business goals and participate in production planning.
• Payroll validation and HR data accuracy oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as daily coach and advisor to managers on HR matters
• Align HR strategy with business goals and participate in production planning
• Lead reflections on organizational evolution, job grading, and structural changes
• Manage full talent acquisition lifecycle including campus management, employer branding, and onboarding
• Coordinate training needs and development tools; manage budgets
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and site communications
• Ensure safety adherence and participate in HSE actions; support well-being initiatives
• Oversee payroll validation, time attendance and data accuracy across HR systems
• Manage staffing levels to meet production demands
