Lear Corporation in Martorell is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources activities at the JIT plant, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will partner with the Plant Manager and Corporate HR to manage labor relations, recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and HR compliance in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, fluent English and Spanish, and a proven track record in workforce planning, talent development, and GDPR data

• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• Expertise in labor relations, collective bargaining, and union negotiations.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR policies, programs and initiatives across the plant.
• Manage labor relations, council interactions and union negotiations.
• Oversee payroll, hiring, records, attendance and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies and governance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Develop workforce planning and staffing strategies.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends.
• Manage HR budget and personnel costs.
• Represent the company before labor authorities and legal teams.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion and GDPR compliance at plant.
