Job summary

DWS Group in Madrid is seeking an Operations Specialist- Performance Measurement AVP to run daily and monthly attribution analyses across equity, fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.

You will improve methodologies, ensure GIPS compliance, and collaborate with Portfolio Management, Client Relationship Managers and technology to deliver automated analytics and scalable controls in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement, attribution methodologies and GIPS standards.
• Experience with asset management operations and data/tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly performance calculations and multi-level attribution across asset classes.
• Deliver monthly performance attribution in coordination with Portfolio Management and internal teams.
• Explain alpha, allocation and selection effects, and risk-adjusted returns to stakeholders.
