Job summary

DWS Group is seeking an Operations Specialist- Global Fee & Billing (AVP) in Madrid to lead end-to-end processes across Trailer Fees, Management Fees and Billing. You will collaborate with Technology, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate, timely execution and strong governance in a global, matrix environment.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled process improvement, data-driven controls and intelligent workflow design to enhance controls and reduce risk, while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services operations, ideally with exposure to Portfolio Services, Middle Office, Investment Operations or related asset management functions.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management Fee & Billing activities (Management Fee, Trailer Fee, Billing, Invoicing).
• Hands-on experience with operational event processing, exception management, fee or invoice oversight processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of Portfolio Services/Global Fee & Billing processes across Trailer Fees, Management Fees, and Billing/invoicing processes.
• Manage daily BAU processes, controls and exception management across Global Fee & Billing functions.
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Coverage, Custodians, and other service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
