DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a Smart Automation & AI Associate to translate operational pain points into scalable AI-driven solutions. The role will leverage Python, SQL, and workflow automation to improve data quality and drive efficiency across Run the Bank and Change the Bank activities.

Your responsibilities include prototyping, testing, and embedding automated solutions, while partnering with Operations and Technology to ensure robust, scalable outcomes and clear benefit tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Python development within financial services.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python and data analytics; ability to create reports and automate analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Assess operational improvement needs and recommend scalable AI/workflow solutions.
• Define solution design with operational SMEs and Technology teams.
