DWS Group in Madrid is seeking an Operations Specialist for Regulatory Reporting at AVP level. The role centers on coordinating timely regulatory reports for MiFID, PRIIPs and other regimes, with collaboration across Compliance, Portfolio Management, Technology and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics, ~5 years in regulatory reporting, fluent French and English, and strong Excel/VBA/Python skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on regulatory reporting, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Approximately five years of professional experience at a capital management company, asset manager, bank or similar financial services institution, ideally within regulatory reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken French is a must for the preparation and coordination of annual reports for our DWS Funds.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills would be advantageous but are not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, monitor, dispatch and coordinate regulatory reports and ad hoc requests in a timely, accurate and controlled manner, focusing on MiFID client-related requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting processes across MiFID and PRIIPs, ECB, MMFR, and other regulatory reporting regimes.
• Prepare, coordinate and dispatch Annual Reports for our DWS Funds incl. financial writing and coordination with external auditors.
• Act as a coordination point for regulatory reporting queries with clients, auditors, supervisory authorities and internal teams.
• Contribute to AI-enabled process improvement, automation and data-driven controls across the regulatory reporting function.
• Maintain process documentation and control materials to support auditability and governance.
