DWS Group in Madrid is seeking a Director to lead Corporate Functions AI Strategy and Adoption. The role sits at the intersection of hands-on delivery and strategic influence, working with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and drive adoption.

You will translate field insight into governance, roadmaps, and leadership guidance, stay current with AI developments in financial services, and help design end-to-end AI solutions that reduce risk, improve controls,

Formación

• Hands-on software development experience and credibility with engineering teams.
• Experience with AI models and tools including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Delivery of at least one RAG implementation, an agentic workflow, a fine-tuned model, or a production LLM integration.
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption within an organization, making it happen at the team level.
• Experience working in or closely with technology teams in financial services or similarly regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary AI champion embedded within delivery and operations teams; embed AI into everyday practice.
• Lead the AI Open House and adoption programmes; curate peer wins and run skill-building segments.
• Coach individuals and teams on practical AI use from prompt engineering to building RAG and agentic workflows.
• Serve as primary convenor of the AI Community of Practice with rhythm and peer ownership.
• Curate a shared knowledge base of AI use cases, prompts, and tools; grow the community.
• Design and run lightweight experimentation programmes surfacing new AI applications.
