Tenth Revolution Group, a well-established British consulting firm, seeks an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle and HR operations in Spain. This role focuses on onboarding, contracts, records, and payroll coordination for an international environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience within an international environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).
• Previous experience in high-volume and fast-growing environments is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee records, Social Security registrations, and coordination with payroll providers.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Partner with external benefits providers and support ongoing benefits initiatives and projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support recruitment and selection processes when required.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support business growth and employee engagement initiatives.

Educación

University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or related field
