Job summary

Enginy is seeking a detail‑oriented People Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and every step in between. You’ll ensure processes are accurate, compliant with Spanish labor regulations, and scalable as Enginy grows, working with the Gestoria, Finance, and teams on payroll and system maintenance.

This ownership role focuses on reliability, data integrity, and a smooth employee experience, while continuously improving policies and benefits to align

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a scaling company.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and payroll processes.
• Experience owning HRIS systems and maintaining clean documentation.
• Reliability and proactive problem-solving in sensitive operational work.

Responsibilities

• Own employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, leaves, offboarding) with accurate documentation across systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Gestoria and Finance, ensuring compliance with Spanish law.
• Develop, update, and communicate clear People policies and best practices.
• Manage employee benefits and monitor opportunities aligned with Enginy culture as we scale.
• Own and improve People systems (Factorial) and Notion knowledge base for data quality.
• Support training initiatives to improve onboarding effectiveness and manager capability.
• Assist with People budget planning and cost-conscious initiatives.
