Lexroom Srl is expanding its People Operations team in Spain. You will own the employee experience from contract to payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth processes as the company grows across Europe.

This role is centered in Madrid/Barcelona with a focus on payroll, onboarding, benefits, and data integrity. We value proactive, organized professionals with strong communications in Spanish and English, and ideally some knowledge of Italian.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations or as HR Generalist.
• Comfortable with data and AI in HRIS or payroll processes.
• Spanish labor law fundamentals and payroll handling with external provider could be required.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to People in Spain for Madrid and Barcelona teams.
• Own the employee lifecycle end to end from contracts to onboarding to benefits.
• Manage payroll inputs and people data with external partners for accuracy.
• Build a compliance foundation that scales with headcount growth in Spain.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI, HiBob and data dashboards.
