Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Media Relations And Events Coordinator to drive consistent communications for campaigns and initiatives. You will manage alignment across internal platforms and partner with teams to support talent attraction and employer branding efforts.

You will coordinate events, develop CRM strategies, and deliver analytics that measure impact and inform future activations across Madrid and external channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communications, marketing, employer branding or related field.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and events.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal and external communications for campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop CRM strategy for engagement and campaign follow-ups.
• Plan and support events including Diversity Week, Net Zero, Career Fest and awards.
• Create monthly analytics reports and BI dashboards to track engagement.
