Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead global PR for lifestyle brands Avani and nhow from Madrid. The role collaborates with market PR leads, hotel teams, and agencies to deliver strategic plans, events, press materials, and digital campaigns.

You will manage international media, identify opportunities, and support hotel teams with brand storytelling across Europe and LATAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in PR or communications, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• International experience is highly valued.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global PR plans for Minor Hotels' lifestyle brands Avani and nhow across Europe & Americas.
• Manage international PR agencies, press trips, media coverage, and brand campaigns.
• Lead media events and maintain relationships with international outlets.
• Develop digital strategies, including social media and blogger/influencer campaigns.
• Provide strategic PR support to hotel teams and monitor market activity.
