Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a PR & Communications Manager for its lifestyle brands in Madrid. Lead global PR and social media initiatives, manage agencies, and collaborate with markets and hotel teams to elevate brand visibility.

You will develop strategic plans, orchestrate high-impact media events, and drive press coverage across Europe and LATAM, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle or consumer-brand PR
• International experience highly valued
• Experience leading global PR and social media plans
• Experience with hotel soft brands and franchise models valued
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual PR plans and ongoing strategy for Avani and nhow brands.
• Manage international PR agencies and media communications, including press releases and campaigns.
• Organise media events, media calls and press trips with partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, track share of voice and report on results.
• Identify sponsorships and cross-promotion opportunities across Europe and LATAM.
