Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own global payroll operations across multiple countries from Madrid. You will collaborate with local providers, HR teams, Finance, and business leaders to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in payroll administration, with strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and experience across several countries. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in an international or multinational environment.
• Spanish market experience is mandatory for the role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance principles.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries and regions.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Validate payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Support payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll records and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and People Operations teams on payroll-related initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of payroll processes.
• Assist with international mobility, expatriate payroll, and cross-border payroll matters when required.

Key Responsibilities
