Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries from the Madrid office.

You will ensure accurate data entry, validation, and coordination with local vendors to guarantee employees are paid on time. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and typically 3–6 years of payroll experience, with proficiency in Workday and ADP, plus strong data analysis and confidentiality skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 3–6 years of direct Payroll experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and ADP preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mathematical and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries/entities using ADP Celergo.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to align payroll data across HRIS and Payroll platforms.
• Resolve payroll issues and inquiries from cross-functional teams and employees.
• Support payroll relationship with ADP Celergo and in-country partners.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain in-country processes and procedures.
• Identify and implement payroll improvement opportunities.
