RES seeks a Payroll Project Coordinator to lead Spain payroll operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, Social Security rules, IRPF, and payroll system migrations. The role requires fluent English, strong data analysis, and a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

The preferred locations are Albacete or Madrid, with collaboration across HR, IT, and Finance to deliver end‑to‑end payroll projects and testing. Experience with major payroll platforms is highly valued.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of Spanish payroll and labor regulations.
• End‑to‑end payroll process mastery with accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in implementing or migrating payroll systems.
• Strong English communication and analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Spain, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Interpret and apply labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, IRPF, social security contributions, and Social Security regulations.
• Participate in the implementation, migration, or upgrade of a payroll system, coordinating with HR, IT, Finance, and Project Team.
• Perform functional testing (UAT), validations, and issue resolution during implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
