RES is seeking a Payroll Project Coordinator to manage the full payroll cycle in Spain, ensuring legal compliance and accurate payments. The role requires deep knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and IRPF, plus experience with payroll system implementations.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and project teams, perform UAT, and drive process improvements while communicating with international colleagues in English. Fluent English and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Spanish payroll.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
• Knowledge of IRPF and taxation.
• Experience coordinating payroll system implementations or migrations (Meta4, SAP HCM, Sage, A3, Workday).
• Strong command of Excel and HR management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Spain, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Interpret and apply labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, income tax, and Social Security contributions.
• Participate in the implementation, migration, or upgrade of a payroll system, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and Project Team.
• Perform functional testing (UAT), validations, and issue resolution during the project implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
