WFS Servicios Aeroportuarios in Madrid is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Technician to manage payroll operations, maintain HRIS systems, and drive HR process digitalization. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external providers to deliver accurate payroll and robust data governance.

The role combines payroll expertise with HR tech, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR systems. Hybrid work in Madrid with standard business hours and a focus on data integrity and stakeholder service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Payroll or HRIS certifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure timely execution.
• Validate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, allowances, overtime, benefits).
• Review outputs and reconcile discrepancies before approval.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax rules, social security, and company policies.
• Maintain payroll documentation, records, and audit support.
• Develop HRIS configurations, workflows, and security permissions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR/payroll processes.
• Support HR technology implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
