Michael Page is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support HR across international projects from Madrid. You will manage payroll and personnel administration across the full employee lifecycle, standardize processes in the ERP, and prepare HR reports.

The role offers a permanent contract in Madrid, hybrid working with two remote days, and an international, collaborative culture. English and French proficiency are required, with an emphasis on accuracy, multitasking, and cross-border collaboration

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
• Profile with experience in multinational environments, used to working on diverse projects and demonstrating strong versatility.
• Solid knowledge of the end-to-end payroll cycle.
• Experience with international payroll
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• High level of English and French (spoken and written); an additional language is a plus
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and proactively

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll processes and personnel administration across the full employee lifecycle at an international level
• Standardize payroll processes within the ERP system
• Prepare HR-related reports and data analysis
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and administrative matters
• Collaborate with local and international teams on HR projects
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations in each region
