Job summary

Airbus Crisa in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to bridge our external provider and internal teams. You will ensure accurate monthly payroll inputs and compliant tax withholdings, while supporting employees on pay and benefits.

You will maintain HR data in our ERP/HRIS, deliver key payroll metrics to the HR Director, and participate in audits and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll management and personnel administration with outsourced payroll partners.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Social Security, tax calculations, and payroll audits.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for inputs and reports.
• Fluent English; able to collaborate with HR, Finance and payroll partners.
• Experience using ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll coordination with external provider (ADP) and parameterization of monthly inputs.
• QA of monthly payroll outputs in collaboration with Finance and payroll provider.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee payroll queries and benefits.
• Maintain personnel data in HRIS/ERP and track leaves/time-off.
• Prepare HR metrics and reports for the HR Director and regulatory filings.
• Support audits related to labor, social security, and tax.
• Assist in benefits administration and cost analyses.
